Appointment Hours and Drop Off Information

 

Due to high demand and complex, uncertain appointment times, we have moved to being an appointment-based business with standard operating hours Monday-Friday, typically from 10AM-6PM. This allows us to offer greater convenience, focus, flexibility, and more agreeable appointment times to our customers. During the week, we are often in office to accept drop offs during these hours, without an appointment. However, this is only offered as available – not guaranteed, as we do not have set, open office hours and are often away for onsite appointments. Making an appointment or calling ahead is highly encouraged. Please reach out to us at 770-218-1228 or support@thatcomputerchick.com to schedule an appointment or drop off with us. If we happen to miss your call, we are likely conducting an appointment with another customer and will get back in touch with you just as soon as we are able.
